The cool breeze fly’s through the open window
Loud music blares through my headphones
We’re off to a land every kid dreams of going
Making a few brief stops on the way
First, off to an African safari
Seeing the most exotic animals you could ever dream
Next, a ski lift taking us into the mysterious mountain in Tennessee
On top of which was brightly colored neon streamers
Hiding the most carnival I have ever seen
And last, a Technicolor laser show spread across the mountains in Georgia
A fantastic mixture of blue, green, and red dance through the sky
Lighting up everything in its path
Showing pictures from western cowboys riding their majestic horses
To the American flag blowing gracefully in the wind
Finally the arrival, and standing in front of me is a statue of Walt.
Behind him opening a world like no other
The smells of buttered popcorn and sweet cotton candy fill the air
Kids running frantically up to see their favorite character
With angelic smiles plastered across their faces
I was in a land where when you wish upon a star
All your dreams come true

My Life Right Now
Life is very busy right now. I have my internship still going on at Childern's Health Care, I'm going to school, finalizing everything for college, working at VG's, and practicing for softball now. I am busy every single day after school so mt social life is being put on a hault for a bit. I also joined a gym membership with Aleshia. I go to the gym after softball everyday and whenever else I can. Senioritis is beginning to kick in. I'm just ready for school to be over and on to summer vaction. This weekend I get to go see my boyfriend,Aj, he is taking me out to dinner and to go bowling. On the downside his little sister and her boyfriend get to tag along because shes not aloud to go on dates unless me and AJ go with her. It's hard to see Aj, seeing as he also has school and does baseball as well not to mention he lives in Imlay City so to see him its a good fourty-five minute drive. Home life is good, then again I'm never home enough to get in trouble or to have anything be wrong. School life is good, this semester I have a lot easier classes then i did last semester. Seeing how I dropped advanced alegbra and trig and gained a sohpmore history class. I got a tattoo on my should of a shooting star, its pretty :].It was kind od a spur of the moment thing. I asked my dad one day just to see what he would say, and he said yes and then to go ask my mom to make sure it was okay with her. Of course it wasn't okay with her, but my dad still took me anyway. That caused a little tension in the house. Now with having one tattooI want another one. My plan is on my eigthteenth birthday to go and get my second one. I'm going to get the word believe down my side. Other then that, life is good. Just overwhelmed with everything going on and very excited to graduate and get out of school.

Vengeance
Test me if you will
And leave me if you dare
You’ll pay for it in the end
I will take those pearly white Air Forces
The ones you finger-lick clean everyday
And take a nice bright red marker and color all over them
That’s your favorite color right?
And if that’s not enough
I will lay them in my backyard
And repeatedly run over them with my green Jon Deer lawn mower
As I see piece by piece being picked up by the whirling winds
Oh and remember your Collie, Chancifer, that you cherish so much?
Yes he will be gone
To a pound in a city you will never think of
I hope they put him to sleep
Lastly, walk away from me
And see what happens to your perfectly organized room
I will rip to shreds the sheets you sleep in every night
Shatter the mirror you stare in everyday
And burn your neatly packed dressers
Full of your “expensive” clothes
Doing nothing but smiling the entire time
I will leave your house as if nothing happened
And wait by the trees until you come home
Waiting for you to walk upstairs and see what I left.
Your scream will bring pleasure to my ears
Test me if you will
And leave me if you dare.

Senior Poem
As the snow melts
And the flowers begin to blossom
We start to say our final goodbyes
We take what we have learned
And venture off into the world
Sitting back, we see the memories
Embracing our knowledge
Taking it with us on our new journey
The future holds greatness
The past holds memories
Though we leave this place we call home.
We never forget where we came from.
And the flowers begin to blossom
We start to say our final goodbyes
We take what we have learned
And venture off into the world
Sitting back, we see the memories
Embracing our knowledge
Taking it with us on our new journey
The future holds greatness
The past holds memories
Though we leave this place we call home.
We never forget where we came from.

Image 3; Falling girl?
The girl looks dark and depressed like shes falling into hell. All her mistakes have caught up with her and she is now falling into the pits of darkness. But with the white clothing and the white room it reminds me of purity, somewhat like of an angel. And she looks like she is actually being pulled up like shes being taken away by something, or someone. The gold stuff on the bed looks like glitter that had falling off her dress, maybe symbolizing her mistakes being left behind. And her being taken away is suppose to symbolize a new beginning. I think the white room and the white dress and the white light have alot to do with the meaning behind the picture. I think it symbolizes purity and her either falling out of purity or being pure again. The expression on the girls face is plain almost angelic like, like a porcelain doll with no expression on their face at all. Like her either fall or being pulled up has no effect on her. Even though she is either falling or being pulled up she seems to be at peace with it, like she knew it was going to happen. Like she knew it was her time to have this new beginning or fall into the pits of darkness because of her past mistakes. This picture can either go one of two ways in my mind. It can either symbolize peace, purity, and new beginnings or past mistakes, darkness, and depression.
Image 4; The lonely tree.
Sitting under my tree in the back yard is where I usually do most of my writing. Usually more in the summer time. Somewhere you can sit and be alone and let your mind run wild without any distractions. The scenery around you springs new ideas and makes you think. The sounds you hear, the things you see.
It also reminds me of a place you can be alone; free to do what you want, say what you want, and be who you want, without having to be judged. When your alone your mind goes wild. It looks like a place in Tennessee I once saw on vacation with the mountains in the background and the bright blue sunny sky full of clouds. When I was there on vacation I felt a peace. Tennessee was such a beautiful place when I went there, the open fields and the scenery was amazing. The tree itself in this picture looks kinda creepy. With no leaves on it and its just standing alone in the middle of the field on its own. It somewhat reminds me of a tree I saw when watching the Salem Witch Trails and the witches were in the forest making a potion. It has an eerie look to it looking old and kinda dead. It kinda contrast to the sky seeing as the sky is so bright and blue and full of clouds and then the grass is bright green and than you look at the tree and it look dead. Is there is reason for that? Is there suppose to be irony to it? The tree becomes like an outcast in the picture. Alone and byself to the world around it.

Street Of Marine City (#11)
The streets of Marine City are usually empty in the winter, besides the couple of hobo's digging through garbage's left outside to find cans to turn in to VG's or Dry dock. Teens gather after school at the corner of Ward Street to do their daily drug deals and talk about how "dope" some party was over the weekend or how high they got yesterday. Marine City streets in my eyes are full of two things; drugs and gossip. With living in such a small area everyone seems to know everything about everyone. Nothing can be kept a secret in this town. You can find out who slept with who, or what rehab someone went into because of an overdose just by walking out your front door. Living in this city has became more of a hassle then anything else. In this town there are a few "local" hangout's as we like to say. The Edison, the beach, the corner of Ward, and Sunrise. Summertime is when the streets tend to get full. We fill up the streets, the beach and the Edison get jammed packed. I love how Marytime Days is like a holdiay for us. We all gather downtown by Holy Cross to just walk up and down the same street or ride our bikes just to hang out with our friends. Sunrise and Dairy Queen becomes the place to be, because they sell the best cold stuff at the cheapest prices.
My Morning Routine. (#6)
I rolled out of bed at six thirty this morning dreading the day to begin. I was still tired, from staying up a little too late last night texting. I walked up my stairs to prepare for my shower. The warm steamy water helped wake me up a little bit. After I got out of the shower, I brushed my teeth using my electronic toothbrush and my Colgate Cinnamon toothpaste. After I went into the kitchen took my daily morning medicine for my hiccups, seeing as I have a problem with hiccuping to much, and then headed for my mom's bathroom to grab her hairdryer. Seeing as mine decided to burst into flames while I was using it a couple days ago. Heading back down stairs, I plugged in the hair dryer and my straightener. I put on my periwinkle nursing scrubs and began to blow dry my hair. The warmth of the hair dryer made me want to go back to bed and cuddle up in my blankets, but I didn't. After my hair was fully dried I began to straighten it with my four hundred fifty degree straightener and while straightening my hair I stupidly clamped down on my left ear and burnt it a little. Once I finished doing my hair and throwing it up in a messy bun, because to work at a doctors office it has to be up, I went outside and started my 1995 silverish Ford Contour up. Once getting back into the house I walked upstairs to grab my lunch and began to talk to my parents for a bit to let them know I was heading to Marysville after school got out to go work out and tan with Aleshia at Viking Fitness, so I wouldn't be home until around four-thirtyish. I returned back downstairs to grab my bookbag filled with my normal day clothes I changed into when I get to school and my work out clothes, along with my lunch and my purse and headed out the door to go to work at my internship at Children's Health Care in St. Clair.

Full Moon Me
"Who I Am"
I am a diamond in the rough,
Still having my flaws.
I am a voice hitting every note in perfect tune,
Calming and pleasing to the ear.
I am the sun's ray yellow,
able to brighten up anyone's day around me.
I am in the Arms of an Angel,
Accepting and forgiving to all.
I am a beat up 1995 Ford Contour,
A little old with some bumps
And scratches from my past.
I am a plasma screen TV,
unique and loaded with information.
I am both water and fire,
Calming and feisty,
But bad to mix together.
What hides behind my eyes is fear,
Of what the future might behold.

Start Where You Stand
Start where you stand and never mind the past,
The past won't help you in beginning new,
If you have left it all behind at last
Why, that's enough, you're done with it, you're through;
This is another chapter in the book,
This is another race that you have planned,
Don't give the vanished days a backward look,
Start where you stand.
The world won't care about your old defeats
If you can start anew and win success;
The future is your time, and time is fleet
And there is much of work and strain and stress;
Old failures will not halt, old triumphs aid,
To-day's the thing, to-morrow soon will be;
Get in the fight and face it unafraid,
And leave the past to ancient history,
What has been, has been; yesterday is dead
And by it you are neither blessed nor banned;
Take courage, man, be brave and drive ahead,
Start where you stand.
I like this peom because I can relate to how it talks about living in your furture and your present and not in your past. And how you can't live in your past desicions or mistakes you have made. Yesterday is gone, you live for tomorrow.

Life
I would say my life is going well for me even though i'm constantly busy. I juggle school, having two jobs, sports, and try to manage a social life. I work at VG's Food Center as well as Childern's Health Care in St. Clair. In my sport life I am currently conditioning for the varsity softball team for the school. As of today, I just returned from my meeting at Baker College for filing for finacial aid, and setting up my dates to come in and take my placement tests so in the summer I can come back and pick my classes. I attending Baker College this fall to start my associate's degree in nursing. Life is hectic with the transitions of high school to college around the cornor, but I think I have a good grasp on it all. I'm happy with my life at the moment, I wouldn't change it.
