Test me if you will
And leave me if you dare
You’ll pay for it in the end
I will take those pearly white Air Forces
The ones you finger-lick clean everyday
And take a nice bright red marker and color all over them
That’s your favorite color right?
And if that’s not enough
I will lay them in my backyard
And repeatedly run over them with my green Jon Deer lawn mower
As I see piece by piece being picked up by the whirling winds
Oh and remember your Collie, Chancifer, that you cherish so much?
Yes he will be gone
To a pound in a city you will never think of
I hope they put him to sleep
Lastly, walk away from me
And see what happens to your perfectly organized room
I will rip to shreds the sheets you sleep in every night
Shatter the mirror you stare in everyday
And burn your neatly packed dressers
Full of your “expensive” clothes
Doing nothing but smiling the entire time
I will leave your house as if nothing happened
And wait by the trees until you come home
Waiting for you to walk upstairs and see what I left.
Your scream will bring pleasure to my ears
Test me if you will
And leave me if you dare.
